Endless Summer Estate

We chose this house in Palm Springs because of the pool. When we arrived, the pool was full of leaves and bugs so we cleaned it. We realized right then that the pool filter and waterfall were not working and the water was murky. I immediately messaged the host which is not the actual owner it's an agency that is hired by the owner to manage the property. Anna responded right away and we went back and forth all day with the problem still not being resolved. The next day I reached out again and they sent a pool tech (who worked w/the agency) out. When the pool tech arrived he confirmed there were 2 pool pumps out and one of them controlled the waterfall. There was nothing that could be done during our stay. All 14 of us left to go enjoy a friends pool who lived 20 mins away since the pool at our rental was so murky since the filter was not working. We requested some type of refund since we were unable to enjoy the pool/waterfall since they were not working as advertised. We took a pet and had to provide a 200 deposit of which 150 would be refunded after the stay if there was no pet damage. I counted a total of 15 messages with the agency and 1.5 weeks later they informed me that the owners confirmed the pool was in working order per the pool tech and that they had found some dog hairs in the house (no pictures were provided) so out of "courtesy" they would still refund the 150 pet deposit but that was all they would do! Make sure the pool is in working order!

Anna was one of the best VRBO hosts - Outstanding communications! She is very responsive and accommodating. There were no fans in the house, so she had one delivered quickly which was so nice. The house was wonderful! We were a group of women playing in a golf tournament and it was perfect with so many bedrooms, the convenient location to the freeway, grocery store and eateries. The house was very clean upon arrival. We used the jacuzzi which was very nice - heated quickly and good jets (which is particularly good after playing golf!) Overall, A and the host Anna made the difference! Thank you!

Highly recommend. Very nice place. We had everything we needed for a few days of fun. We had 8 guys for a golf trip. Plenty of room for everyone. Excellent location. Close to PGA West and many other courses. Everything went smoothly.

Communication with the host company was great. The place was very nice and everyone enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and overall it was just nice to be there.
