Santa Barbara Estate

The home was perfect for my 60th birthday celebration with my family and friends. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space and room in the living area for us all. The backyard space is the best of course with the pool and spa, ping-pong, and a new pickleball court. Very clean and well appointed house close by to everything you need in the desert. You will have fun finding the gameroom- hint its hidden in the garage!

Perfect for a girls trip with 8 ladies! Spacious with top amenities and clean. Centrally located to many tennis clubs and restaurants. It’s a luxurious and comfortable house at a very reasonable price.

The house was as described, just wonderful. We loved the pool and spa so much. There were plenty of loungers and towels. The management company was super responsive and made sure everything was above and beyond what we needed. We had a hard time understanding the bathroom situation from the descriptions so for anyone considering the house, there is a toilet downstairs and a full bath upstairs accessible to everyone from the hallways. Then upstairs two rooms share a full bath that is jack and jill style and downstairs one big room with two queen beds has its own "ensuite" bath. So the downstairs people do need to go into the bedroom to get a shower or go upstairs. It worked for us as we were all good friends. The dining table inside did only seat 6 people which may have been different form the photos and the common space inside was small. Luckily the weather was warm and the outside large and we could spend time outside and doing things around the area. We had a great stay.
